In 2009, he graduated from Odesa National Economic University with a degree in Finance, and in 2013, he graduated from National University «Odesa Law Academy» with a degree in Law.

He also studied at the postgraduate program of the Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy under the President of Ukraine, majoring in Public Management and Administration.
